We weren’t meant to be here! It was only because another company had cancelled at the very last minute and Royal Marble was able to fit us in for a consultation. Beth was absolutely fantastic at helping us decide the ideal quartz work surfaces for our kitchen and laundry room. The company’s professionalism, range of products, vision, as well as a relaxed non-pushy sales technique helped us to choose our perfect work surfaces. This provided a far less stressful experience than any of the other companies we had visited.Although we had to wait several weeks for the quartz to turn up, this didn’t matter. The measuring and fitting process was extremely efficient and accurate and performed without any issues. It has now been several months since fitting and we still have no problems or issues with the work surfaces and are happy that we have chosen the right product. Thank you so much to everyone at Royal Marble for making this process easy and stress free. Highly recommended.

I can't thank the Royal Marble Team ...Beth, Nicola, Sam and his installation team, enough! I initially popped in to their showroom in Bedwas and met Beth , who was kindness itself. So patient and helpful, and showed a stunning selection of quartz and helped me choose exactly what I was looking for. She was assisted by Nicola and they arranged and scheduled everything! Sam took care of the templating and installation and what a super guy. Nothing was too much trouble, Sam and his team were truly dynamic, they fitted my kitchen and utility room countertops and were true professionals in every way, so efficient and methodical it was a joy to see how they worked! We bought our quartz worktops from Royal Marble in August 2024 and are over the moon with them. We found Royal Marble on Google, we had partly sorted our work surfaces elsewhere and planned on just popping in to see what they offered. However the variety of worktops they offered was phenomenal, Beth was absolutely brilliant and ultimately the reason we went with Royal Marble instead. She is very friendly and helpful, she spent lots of time going through all the different options and even showed us a full slab in their warehouse. Royal Marble fitted us in last minute and although there was a bit of a delay with installation but we were kept updated throughout the process so we were still very pleased with the service overall.Thanks to Beth and the team at Royal Marble

Very happy with quartz and fitting. Overall, it has been an EXCELLENT service by the whole team, from coming to the showroom at first visit looking for the right quartz to having it fitted. A very helpful team showing all the different stones avaible, you are spoilt for choice, to having the owner who is a lovely gentleman that personally showed us all the variety of slabs to see actual sizes. We had worktops, Island and all splashbacks and the kitchen looks amazing.

When ordering our worktops with Royal Marble they were very patient with helping is us decide on the right worktops.There was a bit of a delay with the supplier but this could not be helped, due to this we were given a free cut off for our utility which we are very thankful for.Communication via phone and email during this time was brilliant .The wait was definitely worth it, the worktops are beautiful. The fitters didn’t rush and stayed until they were perfect.Thank you very much 😊.

Probably one of the best companies I have dealt with. Quality and service is second to none. From visiting the showroom to installation the service was excellent.They made us a waterfall Island with integrated drainer and it was excellent. You couldn't see the joint on the corners it was that good. They have also been very patient as we are waiting for our utility room to be done for the worktop to be installed there also. You can find our Caerphilly kitchen showroom on Pantglas Farm Industrial Estate. Please turn off the main road (the A468) into the industrial estate on your right, then after approx. 150m turn left. Travel 100m until you come through a gate (which is always open) and if you veer to the left you will find us. Our Caerphilly worktop showroom is well signposted, and on arrival, we have free car parking on site. We are also a family-friendly showroom and easily accessible for both prams and wheelchairs. Please book ahead for our free design service or else call in for a browse and to ask any questions; Our team of experts are based on site and will be ready to welcome you with a smile and a fresh cup of tea or coffee.
