We bought our quartz worktops from Royal Marble in August 2024 and are over the moon with them. We found Royal Marble on Google, we had partly sorted our work surfaces elsewhere and planned on just popping in to see what they offered. However the variety of worktops they offered was phenomenal, Beth was absolutely brilliant and ultimately the reason we went with Royal Marble instead. She is very friendly and helpful, she spent lots of time going through all the different options and even showed us a full slab in their warehouse. Very happy with quartz and fitting. Overall, it has been an EXCELLENT service by the whole team, from coming to the showroom at first visit looking for the right quartz to having it fitted. A very helpful team showing all the different stones avaible, you are spoilt for choice, to having the owner who is a lovely gentleman that personally showed us all the variety of slabs to see actual sizes. We had worktops, Island and all splashbacks and the kitchen looks amazing.

When ordering our worktops with Royal Marble they were very patient with helping is us decide on the right worktops.There was a bit of a delay with the supplier but this could not be helped, due to this we were given a free cut off for our utility which we are very thankful for.Communication via phone and email during this time was brilliant .The wait was definitely worth it, the worktops are beautiful. Probably one of the best companies I have dealt with. Quality and service is second to none. From visiting the showroom to installation the service was excellent.They made us a waterfall Island with integrated drainer and it was excellent. You couldn't see the joint on the corners it was that good. They have also been very patient as we are waiting for our utility room to be done for the worktop to be installed there also.
